Since 1988, Levin Group, Inc. has participated in land development in partnership with other entities and has developed, or otherwise is participating, in successful residential land development projects throughout Ohio. Their current venture is Fulton Landings, a 48-unit residential development in historic Canal Fulton, Ohio.
