Snow/Stumph Plaza, built in 1970, consists of a one-story, masonry, strip shopping center, divided into nine units, consisting of 16,000 square feet freestanding building at the south west corner of Snow and Stumph consisting of 1,800 square feet on 3.5 acres of land. Each unit consists of approximately 8,000 to 2,400 square feet. The out lot building is a one-story, freestanding, masonry retail building containing 1,800 square feet, constructed in 1966 that was originally a Shell gas station and is currently a brake repair shop. The subject property has been zoned RB or Retail Business.

Snow/Stumph Plaza forms a rectangular shaped parcel, which has approximately 300 feet of frontage on the west side of Stumph Road and approximately 350 feet of frontage along the south side of Snow Road.
