Levin Group, Inc.’s multi-family portfolio strives to provide quality housing in each property’s respective community. Consisting of 1,253 residential units, of which 612 are located in Northeast Ohio, and 641 along the Interstate-75 corridor in Dayton, Lima and Defiance, Ohio.

In order to provide affordable rents, each property has found support and assistance in many resourceful governmental programs including Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Section 8 rental assistance, and financing with the use of Tax-Exempt Bonds and various Federal Housing Agency (FHA) insurance programs.
