Conneaut Manor is an income-based affordable housing property for individuals age 62 and over. The five-story building consists of 53 one and two-bedroom apartments. There are 43 one-bedroom units consisting of 587 square feet, and ten two-bedroom units consisting of 850 square feet.
In 2018 a renovation of the entire building and grounds was completed. The improvements centered around the needs of the residents, creating beautiful apartments and common area spaces. Included in each apartment are all new kitchens, baths, paint, flooring, and appliances.
